If your desktop application is not able to connect with Teewe device, then please try out the following steps for resolution:-

1) Wi-Fi signal strength should be strong on both Teewe and your PC.

2) Kindly ensure that you have latest version of java installed.

3) Kindly ensure that Java platform SE Binary has access through windows firewall.
