While playing any videos from desktop application and showing an error that it's taking longer than expected, then please try out the following steps for resolution:-

1) Wi-Fi signal strength should be strong on both Teewe and your PC.

2) Try to restart your Wi-Fi router. Your Wi-Fi network may be clogged.

3) Kindly ensure that your router is configured as per the recommended settings.

4) Kindly ensure that your router is compatible with our Teewe device.
