If you are unable to see subtitles, then please check the below points:-



1) Please update the Teewe device by restarting the device and make sure that your Teewe device has access to the Internet .


2) Restart your Teewe Desktop Application. 


3) Kindly ensure srt files are in the folder that is added in desktop application.


4) Please try to use srt file as subtitles.
