Recommended Configuration for D Link DIR 600L Router
(For those familiar with configuring Wi-Fi settings)
We recommend that you change the following settings on your WiFi router for a smooth experience while using the Teewe device.
- Network security should be configured to WPA (TKIP) +WPA2 (AES)
- “Enable wireless isolation” checkbox should be unchecked.
- Multicast should be enabled and set to IGMP V3 if available.
- WiFi enhanced mode should be enabled.
- Wireless Modes should be configured to "Mixed 802.11b/g/n” or 802.11n.
- UPnP should be enabled. UPnP provides compatibility with networking equipment, software and peripherals.
- WMM should be enabled (if available).
- Mac Filtering should be disabled.
Process to Configure your WiFi Router
(for those new to wifi-settings)
Step: 1 Log in to Admin Settings
Ø Launch internet browser and type on the url address box 192.168.0.1 and press enter.
Ø Type in the following defaults:
User Name: admin
Password: <leave blank>

Ø Go to Setup menu.
Ø Click on "Wireless Cnnection" Button.

Ø Set Security Mode as “WPA/WPA2 Wireless Security (enhanced)”.
Ø Select Cipher Type as “AUTO(TKIP/AES)”.
Ø E Ø Go to Mac Filtering in Advanced settings.
Ø Select “Turn MAC Filtering OFF”.
Ø Go to Advanced Wireless Settings.
Ø Select Wireless Mode as “802.11Mixed(n/g/b)".
Ø Go to Advance Network Settings.
Ø Enable UPnP: ✓
Ø Enable Multicast Streams: ✓
Ø Wireless enhance mode: ✓
