As of now mirroring feature is not available for smartphones. Although you can mirror your desktop or chrome browser tab using the respective apps for this.

Yes, you will be able to setup Teewe using an IPad.

Once the app is launched, there is a search button on top of the screen. You can tap on search button and search for content.
